Eine neue Entdeckung<\/h2>\n

Obwohl er sehr alten Ursprungs ist (wir sprechen sogar vom ersten Jahrtausend), wurde der Verdienst der Entwicklung des Ron Christoph Kolumbus zugeschrieben, der 1493 w\u00e4hrend seiner zweiten Reise nach Amerika auf den Kanarischen Inseln Stecklinge von Zuckerrohr genommen hatte um diese in die Karibik verpflanzen zu lassen.<\/p>\n

Der Ron Ligero<\/h2>\n

Aber Rons fr\u00fcheste dokumentierte Destillation stammt aus dem 17. Jahrhundert in der Karibik. Damals verstanden die Sklaven, dass aus der Verg\u00e4rung von Melasse ein Destillat hergestellt werden konnte: Dieses Destillat wurde ohne Alterung und wahrscheinlich mit vollem Alkoholgehalt konsumiert.<\/p>\n

Heute ist Ron Cubano als leichtes und kostbares Destillat bekannt, gefiltert und gekl\u00e4rt, mit einem weichen und nie aufdringlichen Geschmack.<\/p>\n

Die Zuckerproduktion st\u00e4rkt die kubanische Industrie, indem sie das Land zum ersten Lieferanten des Produkts f\u00fcr den gesamten Westen macht und auch f\u00fcr die Industrie der Insel von entscheidender Bedeutung wird. In diesen Jahren wuchs die Melasse, ein Produkt aus der Zuckerherstellung, und mit ihr die Produktion von Aguardiente in Kuba.<\/p>\n
